Total scam operation. They stole cover illustrations from another author's book and committed trademark infringement. Do not send them any money under any circumstances! In my experience with Amazon Publishers Firm, they handled communication poorly and contract clarity was unsatisfactory.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They took $8,000 for a publishing package and ghosted me completely. Phone numbers bounce and their address is a mail forwarding service. In my experience with Amazon Publishers Firm, they handled communication poorly and contract clarity was unsatisfactory.
